1) About InvoiceAtlas

InvoiceAtlas is a free, browser-based invoice generator. There’s no sign-up and we don’t store your invoice content. These Terms form a contract between you and the operator of InvoiceAtlas (an individual based in the UK).

2) Using the Service

• You may use the tool to create and download invoices for your personal or business use.
• You are responsible for any information you enter, the accuracy of amounts, taxes and legal compliance of your invoices.
• We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice.

3) No Accounts & No Storage

We don’t create accounts or store your invoice data on our servers. Files are generated in your browser and downloaded by you. You are responsible for keeping your own copies and backups.

4) Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse the Service. For example, do not attempt to overload or reverse engineer the site, introduce malware, infringe others’ rights, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5) Availability & Changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6) Third-Party Services

The site is hosted by third parties (e.g., Vercel). We may add integrations in future (e.g., advertising). Your use of any third-party service is subject to their terms.

7) Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for your specific regulatory requirements.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £50.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
