InvoiceAtlas is a free, browser-based invoice generator. The service allows users to create and download invoice PDFs without creating an account. These Terms apply when you access or use InvoiceAtlas.
2. Using the service
- You may use InvoiceAtlas to create invoices for personal, freelance, or business use.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into your invoices.
- You are responsible for checking tax, VAT, legal, and accounting requirements that apply to you.
- InvoiceAtlas does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
3. No accounts and no invoice storage
InvoiceAtlas does not require accounts and does not store your invoice content on our servers. Invoices are generated in your browser and downloaded by you. You are responsible for saving your own copies and backups.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse InvoiceAtlas. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to overload the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malware, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.
5. Invoice accuracy
InvoiceAtlas provides invoice templates and generation tools, but it cannot guarantee that every invoice will meet the specific legal, tax, or accounting requirements for your country, industry, or business type. You should review invoices before sending them to customers or clients.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of InvoiceAtlas at any time without notice.
7. Third-party services
InvoiceAtlas may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, performance, security, or other website operations. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
InvoiceAtlas, including its branding, website design, templates, content, and related materials, belongs to the operator of InvoiceAtlas or its licensors. You may use the generated invoice PDFs for your own personal or business purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the InvoiceAtlas website or templates as a competing service.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceAtlas disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific regulatory requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceAtlas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed £50.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold InvoiceAtlas harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful activity, infringement of rights, or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
