Summary

• We don’t run user accounts and we don’t store the invoices you create.
• We don’t set cookies.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless) to understand aggregate usage (e.g., page views, referrers, device type, country). No personal data is collected for analytics.
• Your PDF is generated in your browser and downloaded by you.

What data we (don’t) collect

We do not ask you to submit personal information and we do not store the invoice content you type on the page. If you email us, we’ll receive your email address and any information you include—used only to reply.

Analytics (cookieless)

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure basic, aggregate metrics such as page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location (country/region). Analytics are collected without cookies and without profiling individuals.

Hosting & security logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process IP addresses and user-agent information in server or edge logs for security and reliability. We don’t combine these logs with any other data and we don’t attempt to identify users.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Where personal data may be incidentally processed (e.g., in hosting logs or emails you send us), we rely on legitimate interests (running a secure website and responding to enquiries).

Sharing your data

We don’t sell personal data. Service providers that help us operate the site (e.g., hosting) may process data as our processors. They may be located outside the UK/EEA with appropriate safeguards in place.

Retention

We don’t keep invoice content. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Hosting logs are retained by the provider for limited periods for security/operational purposes.

Your rights

Children

Our service isn’t directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect children’s data.

Cookies

We do not use cookies. If this changes (for example, if we add advertising in the future), we will update this policy and provide appropriate consent controls.
